One of the first ways we can help develop reading comprehension in our students is to provide many different experiences with a book they know and love. This week we learned about the characters, setting, and organization of the book Brown Bear, Brown Bear What Do You See? Our favorite activity was acting out the book and transforming ourselves into the characters. We even made a colorful retelling chain to take home so we can share the story again and again!
