Friendship Fruit Salad-Kprep Morning

As a class we prepared a delicious salad while discussing what makes a good friend. Our objective for our friendship fruit salad was to help our students realize that every single child has a part in making our classroom a great place to be. Friendship being the key ingredient. We tried to add a rotten banana to the salad, but the students decided that just like our classroom, our friendship salad is better when we have nothing but sweetness. No rotten bananas allowed!

Harward Farms made a special visit to The Kinder Garden this week. The kids were thrilled to receive their very own pumpkin (squeals and giggles included)! We got creative and had some fun working with them before the students took the pumpkins home. Thank you so much Harward Farms!

Snow Paint-K Prep Morning

After reading books, studying, and talking about snow, we decided to get out and enjoy it! With water bottles in hand and a great deal of food coloring, we beautified the outdoors with our snow paint.
