Each day we provide meaningful math experiences to enhance our students' mathematical thinking inside and outside the classroom. Today we told stories about cows, horses and other farm animals that fit the scene on our counting boards. The questions posed were ones that apply math to real-world situations making mathematics meaningful for students.
