Jaker's Sensory Play-Morning

During centers we brought Jaker's Pumpkin Patch indoors so that we could enjoy some sensory play with corn kernels. Sensory play is really part of the scientific process. Whether out loud or within, children develop a question, leading them to investigate by grabbing, smelling, listening, rubbing, staring, licking and so much more. This investigation allowed students to collect data that helped them to answer their own questions. A sincere thank you goes out to the Harward family for providing us with this quality activity!
