Geoboards are useful in developing conceptual understanding of area and perimeter, basic geometric concepts; problem-solving, exploring shapes, designs, spacial relationships, angles, fractions, symmetry and so much more. As with many educational items, it may seem simple, but it packs a punch with the kids. Even better, it's fun!
