Our leaf rubbing art quickly became a sensory exploration activity as we watched our students enjoy the feeling of the crayon moving across the paper and seeing an intricate pattern emerge. It was exciting to see them feel a sense of emotional satisfaction when they saw what they could produce with a few naked crayons and some leaves.
