Art is what young children do naturally-singing, dancing, drawing and role-playing. Art engages all the senses and involves kinesthetic, auditory and visual skills. When we give students opportunities to produce art, we are helping wire children's brains for successful learning. A specific benefit to this art project was that it helped beautify our classroom for our Valentine celebration.
