Highly developed small motor skills are essential for many activities including learning how to write. During the preschool years we try to provide activities to strengthen these small muscles, develop fine motor control and improve eye-hand coordination. These skills do not develop overnight; they must be practiced. Luckily the range of activities that allow children to develop these motor skills is enormous and a great deal of fun as well.
