At school, children begin learning about so many things; numbers, letters, shapes and colors. In addition to all of these things, children learn about one another. To help foster friendships, we play Who Stole the Cookie From the Cookie Jar. During this game, our students act as detectives while getting to know one another's names. We LOVE this game because it usually ends in a fit of giggles.
In addition, we tried to spark the student's creativity in centers by providing them with play dough and a box full of tools. We stamped, cut, rolled and shaped our own preschool cookies!
